Who cares about a piece of paper?

Apparently, Manchester United are going to veto Avram Grant being given dispensation to manage Chelsea without a UEFA Pro licence. United’s boss Sir Alex Ferguson is pushing for all managers to aquire the licences, because he is such a stickler for the rules and would never consider bending them himself.

I have one question……. Who the fuck cares about a piece of paper?
