Assigning properties is an fairly risk free way to learn the real estate investing business and all the profitable aspects of what your options are without having the inherent issues that can occur in other real estate deals.

It will be most efficient to establish a solid understanding about the market you are in, property values and so forth. But more importantly will be your ability to network, build and work with other buyers that you will be assigning houses to. When wholesaling houses you want to make sure you cover everything needed, understand the costs, time lines and so on. Of course profit will vary depending on your effort, understanding and the particular market conditions. This is to help provide you some of the most effective ways for current real estate conditions to make the most out of the current opportunities.

As always, inform yourself before making any personal finance choices and/or consult a qualified personal tax professional before you start to flipping houses. Also prepare yourself on the area you want to assign properties to understand how similar investment homes are selling the best.

What is that about? the Internet Police are taking over the world. Not content with allowing Microsoft, Apple and Google to tell us what we should be seeing, we now have another branch of the internet police to consider. Why was this post banned? I’ll tell you – A NIPPLE!

Yup, that’s correct. Well…. three nipples actually. (Not on the same person.) A photo showing something that almost every human being on the planet owns two of was banned from digg. ( I am sure a few people have three or one or none. What a joke! It wasn’t like it was porn or sex or something like that, just a nipple. Here’s the censored version version digg will allow you to see? Maybe…… If it doesn’t offend someone’s delicate sensibilities. I also remind digg that these photos were taken in a public place – at a football match. Interesting that we have allowed something as impersonal as digg to decide who gets traffic from their site and therefore who makes money. It’s scary that digg can decide my posts are not good enough for them to show and therefore stop me from earning a living. ~If you like this post….please digg it. ~ This should go on the front page of digg. Or is that reserved for spam only now?

But, if you choose to go this latter route, it’s important to be able to provide some sort of shopping cart facility for your customers. That’s where Ashop Commerce enters the picture. Ashop Commerce is a leading US provider of hosted shopping cart software. It offers a complete solution for merchants to sell online. If you are planning on doing any sort of selling you will need some ecommerce software. I am planning on adding a range of football kits for sale and have decided on the shopping cart software I plan to use. Yup, you’ve guessed it, Ashop. Take a look at their website, it’s extremely clever and more importantly, very little work on your part. You can even take their shopping cart software for a test drive, as it were. They have a demo all set up and you can try it out online. If you like what you see, you can also try the software on your own products for ten days for free. That means you make no commitment before you try it and if you like it, you sign up then. Great idea and certainly makes life easier for the typical blogger – If you’re anything like Footie Blog, you’re not very good at the admin.
The blogger gets to write his or her own personal opinion on a particular service or product, you can write what you like and there is apparently no limit to the amount of money you can make. You do not have to write a positive opinion, just your own unique view. I am looking forward to getting paid to blog, because unlike blog advertising, this doesn’t have to have a reader click on any thing or even spend any money. You just write your opinion and get paid. Simple

In the meantime, here’s my current favourite soccer fan.

Footie Blog has won FiddyP’s Free headphone contest. In a last minute effort in the second half, Footie Blog came through to seize the match (headphones) with a desperate goal that snatched victory from the jaws of defeat.

The last time Footie Blog thought he’d won anything, it turned out to be a £200 speeding fine and an invitation to discuss his driving habits with a local magistrate, so he’s a happy bunny.

Of course, what FiddyP doesn’t yet know is that I live on a small planet in the vicinity of Beetlejuse, so the postage might be a little steep. What makes you think it’s only humans that like football?

As soon as the headphones arrive I will make a huge post about their wonderful splendiforousness and FiddyP’s huge generosity. In the meantime, here’s another photo of the sexiest headphones ever. And they’re mine all mine. Watch this space.
