Beckham Back?

LA Galaxy’s British star should be making a comeback today. Sidelined with a knee injury since August 29th, the head coach for Galaxy, Frank Yollop is hoping to put Beckham on the filel for their game against New York Red Bull.

“David has trained with the club all week and he will be available for selection. We know his quality and what he brings to the team so if he is feeling good and we want to play him, we will. I’ve got to talk to him to make sure he is feeling good. He would be a pretty valuable substitute if he was available,” said  Yallop.

That rather implies Beckham will start the game on the bench, but as Galaxy have won their last five games without him, it’s hardly surprising. And after speculation about Beckham’s back, here’s a picture of the front.
